The former Kanye West bodyguard recently told about some of the "ridiculous rules" she had to follow while working with the rapper. In a podcast with the Hollywood Raw (via Cosmopolitan), Steve Stanulis revealed that Kanye wanted the bodyguard to be ten steps away from him. Considering that the bodyguard?s goal is to protect you from any possible attack, staying, at least according to Stanulis, ten steps away is weird.
"So obviously if someone wanted to do something, as long as I ran to stop it, it would probably have happened," he said.
Stanulis also showed an episode in the elevator:
"The first day we met was during Fashion Week. I had to meet him in the studio. We go and get in the elevator. He said, "Won't you press the button?" It was my first day of work, as I supposedly knew where to go. "So you're telling me you haven't asked anyone before to know where we're going ?!" he told me [Kanye]. ?
In the following, Steve showed the continuation of the conversation, which may seem like a lot of things, except the real thing, but we still have no way to prove it.
"I told him we could do it in three ways. One, can you tell me which button to press. Two, you can press the button that I know for the next time. Three, you can sit here all day and tell me how important your time is and do nothing. He chose the first alternative. "
In another claim - unfounded - Stanulis said Kanye and Kim notify the paparazzi themselves. Contrary to the above statement, this is more reliable.
"First of all, there is no chance that the paparazzi will not be notified in advance. It is impossible that whenever we leave somewhere, those people always know. Obviously someone calls them. This is my opinion. It can?t be coincidence that they are everywhere we go. They are always there. Or those people are better at what I think. ?
The former bodyguard may be cheating, but we wouldn't be surprised at all how strange the rules are because hey, he's Kanye West.
