Gwyneth Paltrow shared what she ate in a day and people reacted strongly to her diet consisting of: coffee, bone broth or soup and vegetables. They immediately accused the actress of promoting malnutrition and that her diet has a very negative impact on people. For this, the actress reacted, explaining to people:
“I think it's important for everyone to know that I was doing a podcast with my doctor. This is the person I worked with for more than 2 years, to cope with some chronic problems".
Then he added:
"I went through long-term COVID, which manifested itself in many levels of inflammation. So, I worked with Dr. Cole to focus on foods that are not inflammatory. So, lots of cooked vegetables, whole proteins, healthy carbohydrates work to reduce inflammation. It's working very well."
She emphasized that her diet is not advice for anyone. "It is a transparent conversation between me and my doctor. It's not advice for anyone. It is what has worked for me, it has had a powerful and positive impact. That's not what I eat every day, and by the way, I eat a lot more than bone broth and vegetables. I eat full meals and there are many days where I eat whatever I want, chips and whatever. It's impossible to understand someone's health and diet in a 30-second video," she said.
So, we should not take her diet as advice. Not that we would do it, but just to clarify.
