Jacob Elordi has been accused of grabbing the KIIS FM reporter in Australia by the throat, while the latter was trying to make a row with him.
Joshua Fox, the reporter in question, is said to have discovered where the actor would be during a visit to Sydney and followed him to film him going to the bar where he was and asking him to fill a container with bath water.
The line is based on the very famous scene in the movie "Saltburn" where the actor was the protagonist.
According to Fox, once he approached the actor, he asked him to stop filming and delete the recording. The reporter says he cut it off immediately because of the intimidation he felt, but Elrod didn't let it go. According to the reporter, the actor got in his face angrily and then pushed him against the wall and put his hands on his throat. Fox told police he refused to delete the recording to have it as physical evidence of the attack.
According to the media, Elrod is under investigation for violence after this incident. There were no injuries, and the journalist admits that he was not injured, but continued with criminal proceedings against the actor.
