Today we have prepared seaweed pasta. Sea gulls are widely known as 'scampi' from Italian or even 'norway lobster'. Due to the cartilage envelope, the elegant body shape in orange or even darker, they are a seafood that looks like a twin between shrimps and crabs, but of course they are many times smaller than sea crabs and have a lot of mass grunting than locusts.
It is very important that the cooking front is well cleaned. With the kitchen scissors, hold in all its length the inside of them. Open a little with your fingers and clean very well in running water, especially the head.

Ingredients for 2-3 people:
400gr pasta (Linguine)
400gr of seashells cleaned very well
200gr cherry tomatoes
2 tomatoes cleaned from the skin
1 basil garlic
½ parsley thin finely chopped parsley
2 small pumpkins
Olive oil
salt
Black pepper
Preparation:
In a deep frying pan, at medium temperature, first drop high quality olive oil, a little salt, black pepper and 1 basil to the knife.

Leave a few minutes of oil to flavor and add the cutter to thin slices.

Continue with tomatoes cut into small cubes and thin cut parsley. Take a few minutes and then add the well-cleaned and water-purified sea paddles.

You can add some salt and black pepper as desired. Continue jerking for a few more minutes and add cherry tomatoes.

Meanwhile, you have decided to cook the Linguine pasta.

Once the pasta is boiled, let it drain and add it to the frying pan. We mix well and Bon Appétit ?
