Supermodel Linda Evangelista has returned to modelling, revealing she is "grateful" to be back in front of the camera for the first time since a cosmetic procedure left her "brutally disfigured".
Taking to social media, the 57-year-old posted a photo of herself in Fendi's latest campaign with the caption: "On September 9, 2022, Fendi will host a special fashion show in New York City to celebrate 25 years of #FendiBaguette , designed by Silvia Venturini Fendi.”
In the photo, Linda poses with several Fendi hats and bags and appears to have regained her supermodel confidence - something she previously admitted she lost after a cosmetic procedure gone wrong.

In February 2021, the Canadian model confessed that she underwent "two painful, unsuccessful, corrective surgeries" after the slimming procedure - also known as body contouring - backfired.
"Për ndjekësit e mi që kanë pyetur veten pse unë nuk kam punuar ndërsa kolegët e mi lulëzojnë, arsyeja është se unë u shpërfytyrova brutalisht nga [një procedurë] e cila bëri të kundërtën e asaj që premtoi", shpjegoi ajo. Ajo tha se efekti anësor që përjetoi, "jo vetëm që i shkatërroi jetesën, por e çoi dhe në një fazë të thellë depresioni dhe trishtimi", proces gjatë të cilit ajo ka përfunduar e vetmuar.
Procedura jo-kirurgjikale, e cila është rritur në popullaritet vitet e fundit, përdor temperaturat e ftohta për të zvogëluar depozitat e yndyrës në zona të caktuara të trupit.
Duke përshkruar "efektin anësor shumë të rrallë, por serioz" që ajo kishte përjetuar, Evangelista tha se "qelizat yndyrore në vendin e trajtimit, po rriteshin duke çuar në efekt të kundërt".
