A horrific case, on the verge of unbelievable, was recently made public on Fiks Fare. According to conversations and recordings provided by the show, the girl from Saranda, only 17 years old, was sexually abused by her father and his friends. We can't choose our parents, so, unfortunately, this is not the first time we have read about actions that go against logic, but in any case, if that were not enough, the reaction of the state is unbelievable. To make it clearer what we are talking about, we are presenting a summary of the whole event, referring to the broadcasts on Fiks Fare.
The 17-year-old claims that she was sexually abused by her father and his friends, including a person named Bajo. His father admits that he brought his friends home and tells him that it will not happen again. The debate between them, of which the mother is also a part, who is apparently aware of her husband's actions, escalates into physical, verbal and psychological violence and the 17-year-old is raped. So far, you?ll probably be right to ask why the girl doesn?t denounce it? We come to the second issue.
The 17-year-old's boyfriend, from the confessions she has made, goes and denounces the event to the police. He tells police that his father sexually abuses his daughter and exploits her for monetary and material gain (raki) by allowing her friends to rape her. During the conversation with the police, it is understood that this is not the first time that her boyfriend denounces the case in question, but they have not taken it into consideration. "He came three years ago and they didn't pay attention to him, they told him 'get out of here'. A neglected girl, poor thing, ?he says at one point.
Throughout the conversation between them, there is no reaction from the police, on the contrary, they tell the boy to give up this issue and "she has a father, she knows what she is doing". "The girl has parents," says the police inspector all the time, apparently from one ear entering and the other claiming that (also) the father is the rapist.
In another video , police go to the girl's apartment because her father suspected that her boyfriend might have abducted her. Police do not talk to the girl who is screaming and wants to talk. During the conversation, they tell her that if she doesn't stay calm, "they will take her to the hospital and take her son by the neck."
The shocking case was passed to the Child Protection Center in Saranda, who launched an investigation. Bajo, the father's friend, was arrested and admitted to sexually abusing the girl. Other people are also under investigation.

It is true that the police cannot always control what happens inside the four walls of thousands of houses, but does this justify the negligence of the inspectors?
