The late queen's granddaughter, Elizabeth II, announced she was expecting her second child through an Instagram post and a statement from Buckingham Palace.
The statement read: "Princess Eugenie and Mr. Jack Brooksbank are delighted to announce that they are expecting their second child this summer. The family is very happy and August is looking forward to becoming a big brother."
In February 2021, the princess and her husband became parents for the first time. Their son was born, named August Philip Hawke. This baby is also good news for the royal family, after the sadness brought by the death of Queen Elizabeth and the drama surrounding the family, after Prince Harry's statements and book "Spare".
