Not all of our moms may have owned a Hermes bag when we were little, but surely every mom would be furious if we scribbled on theirs with a pen.
Cardi B is also included in this dance, who shared an Instagram story of this action by her daughter, 6-year-old Kulture.
"I spent like $60,000 on this bag," Cardi said as she zoomed in on an innocent heart drawn by her little girl on her pricey Hermes.
"Look what that girl did to my bag," she continued to repeat in frustration, closing the video with the typical venting of a disappointed mother.
While we suggest a wet towel with warm water and soap to Cardi, let's also explain why it's not so terrible when your child draws on your personal belongings, or anywhere else around the house.
If you did this yourself when you were little, remember that you never had bad intentions in mind.
According to psychologists, a child who draws on your personal belongings is a child who is trying to express love.
Young children use art and creativity as a way to express their feelings, and sometimes, when they draw on objects they see as dear or connected to those who care for them (like parents), it can be a sign of a desire to get closer and connect more emotionally with them.
