The Princess of Wales has released a photo taken by Matt Porteous, posing in front of a large Windsor tree.
Kate Middleton posted this photo just a few minutes ago, which is also the first image since the March video, where the 42-year-old revealed the diagnosis of cancer. Judging by the details of the photo, it was taken outside the royal palace in Windsor, where she lives with Prince William and their three children. Kate looks simply dressed in jeans and a blazer in earth tones.
But, beyond the photo, a personal letter that Kate has published together with the new image, where she gives new details about her health condition and treatments for the disease, has also received attention.
The Princess of Wales, 42, appeared in a new photo released on June 14, marking the first image of Kate since she publicly shared her cancer news in an emotional video in March. The photo shows the royal out and about in Windsor, where she lives with Prince William and their three children, casually dressed in jeans and a blazer with the arms rolled up.
"I've been blown away by all the messages of support and encouragement I've received over the last couple of months. It's helped me and William see things differently, especially at some difficult times," she says.
Kate says that the cancer treatments are going well, despite the fact that there are "good days and bad days" throughout this process.
"I'm doing well with the treatment, but as anyone who does chemotherapy knows well, there are good days and bad days. On those bad days, you feel weak, tired and you have to give in to your body to rest. But on good days, when you feel stronger, you want to use every moment to feel good," Kate continued.
The Princess of Wales said her cancer treatment will continue for "a few more months".
"On days when I'm feeling pretty good, it's fun for me to do things that give me energy and positive things, as well as do a little work from home," she points out.
Princess Kate has confirmed that she plans to attend King Charles' birthday celebrations tomorrow, and the event will be Kate Middleton's first public appearance with the royal family since the celebrations for Christmas.
"I can't wait to participate in this weekend's event. I'm learning how to be patient, especially with uncertainty. Taking each day as it comes, listening to my body and allowing myself to take this necessary time to heal. Thank you so much for your continued understanding and to all of you who have so bravely shared your stories with me," Middleton concludes.
We recall that this photo and personal letter of Middleton come only days after the last conspiracy theories about her health, where it was said that the 42-year-old was being treated in the USA for the disease, which forced the royal palace of Kensington to react in "The Houston Chronicle ”, specifying that she is being treated in her country.
