During an interview with Vogue, Ariana Grande talked about some of her red carpet looks over the years.
Although her style has changed a lot, one of the most memorable remains that of almost a decade ago, where she mostly wore large, baggy blouses and knee-high boots.
"It was a very strange period of my life," she said, looking at a photo of herself leaving her old New York apartment, wearing a loose black blouse, over-the-knee boots and a green bag tied around her waist.

"I was going through a lot and I always wanted to hide inside something comfortable. But I remember the boots made me feel good and powerful," she said.
According to her, the outfit was the last thing on her mind at the time. That's why she chose that style as the easiest solution, because no matter how simple or thoughtless the choice of blouse seemed, the combination with a pair of bold boots made it look like she had tried a little.
That period was very difficult for the singer. In 2017, during a concert in Manchester, England, a terrorist attack took the lives of 22 people and injured over 500 others.
She said that May 22, 2017, marked a turning point in her life.
A year later, the singer's ex-partner, Mac Miller, died of an accidental overdose. That same year, Ariana got engaged to Pete Davidson and within a few weeks they were engaged, until a few months later they ended their relationship.

The transformation of her appearance over the years has been truly huge. From her clothing, eyebrows, hair color, and weight.
Recently, many followers have commented with concern about the singer's apparent weight loss.
