Chrissy Teigen has revealed that she has decided to quit drinking again after feeling her emotional state was deteriorating.
Through an Instagram post, she shared a moment from her interview on the "Self-Conscious" podcast where she and popular TV personality Carl Radke told their stories about how they quit drinking.

"I had been sober for over a year until I started drinking again. I promised myself that I would try to do this while keeping the situation under control," she wrote in the caption of the post.
She said she returned to alcohol because she wanted to easily have a glass of wine with her husband, or raise a toast without fear during the holidays.

But later he realized that the way he was thinking was wrong. He was considering drinking as a reward after every special moment.
"During quiet moments at home, I spent my time drinking wine," she says.
Days passed and the times she drank became more frequent until she later began to understand the impact that alcohol was starting to have on her behavior and life.

Chrissy Teigen compared the difference between the first time she tried to quit alcohol and this time, saying that at first the whole atmosphere around her was much more motivating and she felt much more enthusiastic about this decision, while now nothing excites her.
She said that she is more afraid of what others think than of them losing their faith, and that she herself has even lost a little faith in herself.
However, at the end of the whole story, he proudly stated that he had been sober for 52 days and had no desire to return to alcohol.
