Sean “Diddy” Combs is spending his days in federal prison in Brooklyn, where his lawyer says the conditions are “inhumane.” Marc Agnifilo, in a parole appeal, said the rapper is being fed spoiled meals, some with worms, and that this is documented in photos attached to the file.
In an effort to help, Diddy's ex-girlfriend Gina Huynh also sent a letter of support. She described Diddy as a "successful father, family man, and businessman" who has made efforts to improve himself and who poses no danger to the community.
But even though Diddy posted a whopping $50 million bail, the judge denied his bail request for the second time. The rapper faces two federal charges and could face up to 20 years in prison.
Amidst all this legal drama, his team has attempted another move: reaching out to the Donald Trump administration to ask for a presidential pardon. So far, the former president has given no indication that he will consider it.
