What should you eat?
A protein smoothie
This can be a bit tricky until you get through the airport checks, but you can find it once you are done with them. Choose the healthiest ones, not the ones that come packaged with sugar. You will feel full and will not feel the need to consume other unhealthy foods.
Fruit
They are lightweight, affordable and you can take them with you when you fly, without thinking that they will get mixed up afterwards or that you will feel bloated.
water
This is the most boring option you are reading, but one of the most important. When we travel we tend to be dehydrated, so it is very important to always have a bottle of water with us.
Boiled eggs
This idea will not please your close friend very much, but the stomach does. Boiled eggs have enough protein and will not leave you feeling hungry for many hours.

What not to eat on the plane?
Nothing sparkling
They will make you feel bloated and you will not feel well throughout the rest of the trip.
Broccoli, beans, or other high-fiber vegetables
You can see them as healthy choices, but you have to wait until you get off the plane to consume them. They easily pick up bacteria and are not practical to be consumed in flight.
Potatoes / chicken wings
Such foods are a big NO! Forget the fries if you are for flight.
alcohol
If you are going on vacation, we understand the enthusiasm, but do not start on the plane. Alcohol can make you feel dehydrated.
Fast foods with salt
Salted dried fruits, chips, or chives should not be consumed on the trip as they are too heavy for the stomach. You will feel tired, heavy and without energy to enjoy the rest of the day / night.
