- Physical activities: Exercise helps activate the brain and release happy hormones, which can bring back positive feelings.

Contact with close friends and family can have a great effect on improving your emotional state. Although you may feel disconnected, frequent interactions with loved and supportive people can help restore feelings of belonging and emotional inclusion.
