A new trend is receiving virtual attention from every corner of the world, precisely for the transformation it brings to the mental and physical state of women. Another trend is known as the "ritual of rage" where women pay a significant amount of money to go into the woods, break things and scream at the top of their lungs.
This therapy according to experts relieves stress and anxiety, as long as the participants are given sticks in their hands and they hit wood, objects or different things and in doing so they scream to release all those emotionally charged areas in the brain.
The first to bring this approach is Mia Magik, otherwise known as the "spiritual godmother" who lives in Scotland. She started this trend for herself and friends, before turning it into a women's mental and physical wellness venture. During the Rage Ritual, Magik guides participants to partner with their deepest emotions while taking deep breaths. She asks people to think of people or situations that have irritated them and pushed them to push their boundaries.

"When people do that and give themselves the opportunity to release anger, then their opportunity for beautiful emotions expands," says Magik, whose real name is Mia Banducci. "They are able to feel more happiness and contentment and they go home to their families with more gratitude, ease and peace."
The rituals have resonated with women on social networks. "Why did I have an immediate reaction and start crying after these videos?" wrote a woman.
"As a now middle-aged woman with more pent-up anger, I needed this!" someone else commented.
Studies show that physical expressions of rage, such as screaming or lashing out at a place away from people, can be therapeutic when expressed safely, becoming a gateway to pleasure, power, and creativity.
