Following rumors that Tristan Thompson betrayed him again, Khloe has returned to posting the expressions on Twitter. 

"People who do not hesitate to share a good word or do a good deed to brighten someone else's day are the best kind of people," wrote Sonia Sabnis in a statement that Khloe posted on her networks social.

The post came after Instagram model Sydney Chase claimed she slept with Thompson in January after he "assured her he was single".

"It happened, but then I found out he was not actually single and I cut off contact," Chase said.

The model then doubled her claims, telling viewers on TikTok that the 30-year-old Boston Celtics player had recently contacted her several times.

"The last time we had contact - except when he wrote to me after my interview, was a day after his daughter's birthday party."

The birthday party was just a few weeks ago, when Khloe, 36, hosted a detailed celebration for their daughter's third birthday. Thompson did not attend as he was out of town for a match.

At the end of TikTok's new video, Chase apologized for "revealing very personal information", adding that "it was not in order and should not have been done".

She then stated:

"I'm answering the question about our past relationship, that's true. We had past relationships. "Then I found out he was in a relationship and I ended things."
