ABCom, a company founded in 1998 and at the same time the largest cable company in Albania, is already part of Vodafone. The news that ABCom will be bought by Vodafone became public in October 2019.
At the time, Vodafone said the deal with ABCom was part of the company's strategy to expand its portfolio of fixed Internet services and television services.
