Tom Holland made some comments about his partner, Zendaya, with whom he has been linked for several years and have become one of the most favorite couples of fans.
However, he also clarified the reason why he does not give many details about his several-year relationship, saying: "Our relationship is something we are very protective of and we want to keep it as sacred as possible. We don't think we owe it to anyone, it's ours and it has nothing to do with our mutual careers".
Tom also explained why Zendaya was not present at the promotion of "The Crowded Room" in New York. "We have been to events before, but she visited her grandmother. We are two very busy people and are in different parts of the world as we speak, so she couldn't come."
Even before, Tom has emphasized that their relationship is intimate and private. Holland, in November 2021, recalled for GQ the moment when the video went viral that the two of them were connected. "One of the downsides of fame is that you're no longer in control of your privacy, and when you think a moment between two people who love each other is intimate, in fact, the whole world has seen it. I've always wanted to keep my life private because I share enough with the world. When the video came out, we felt like our privacy was stolen," added the actor.
