Britney Spears confesses she's hurt; Family worried about not being able to talk to her

Britney Spears revealed that she was injured during a boat getaway, at a time when family concerns about her condition are increasing.

In a now-deleted Instagram video posted on Sunday, the pop star appeared on a yacht while on vacation in Mexico, where she was celebrating her 44th birthday. She was wearing a bright pink bikini, and the video suddenly cut off as she was unbuttoning it.

In the description, she wrote:

"I did a somersault from the boat, but I got hurt."

The disturbing video comes shortly after it was reported that the singer has cut off communication with those close to her, who are concerned about her behavior. Although she is distanced from some close family members, close friends have attempted to contact her, but without success.

"He's not responding to texts, he's not answering calls, and he's not even reading private messages," a family source told the Daily Mail.

According to sources, her family had planned to make a special effort around her birthday (December 2) to reconnect with her, but she appears to have spent it alone in Mexico.

Concerns were raised last month when she was seen leaving a bar with a glass of champagne in her hand, although her team insisted she had not consumed alcohol. Also in October, she was seen driving erratically after an evening out with friends.

It is reported that this behavior was prompted by memories brought back after the publication of her ex-husband, Kevin Federline,'s memoir, titled "You Thought You Knew," which, according to sources, has again troubled the singer.

However, despite the serious allegations, Federline has recently revealed that their two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, have begun to improve their relationship with their mother. In an interview with Talk Shop Live, he said:

“They absolutely love their mom… They always have and always will.”
