At the premiere of Arbana Osman's new show, "Mirëbrëma yje", singer Ledri Vula opened his heart and told rarely about his personal life. He shared with the public the exciting story of his partner Sara's pregnancy, details of their relationship before the big news, as well as the experiences that accompanied the arrival of their daughter, Poem Blu.
During the interview, Arbana asked him if the news of the pregnancy came suddenly or if it was a common desire of both, Ledri admitted that this news had come at an unexpected moment, when their relationship was going through a difficult period.
"We wanted it, but it came all of a sudden! The day before Sara informed us about the echo, we had decided to separate. When he called me, I was sleeping over with some friends and had a few drinks - I thought I was dreaming. My first question was: 'Are we going to keep it?' She was filled with joy," Ledri said, describing the first emotion of becoming a father. "As soon as I got home, grandfather was breaking dishes with joy."
As he recalled the moment he first held Poem in his arms, his emotions were palpable. "I couldn't stop crying, it was the happiest moment of my life" - he confessed. When asked by Arbana about his desire to be "the father of a boy", Ledri said that: "Years ago I also wanted to have a boy because I am the only boy in the family who bears the last name Vula , but at the moment when the gender was revealed and we found out that it was a girl, I was extremely happy". To the question "Are you a present father, considering your busy career and concerts?", Ledri answered: "The moment Poi comes to Pristina, there is no room for anyone else - I get up and sleep with him." As for the negative comments, Ledri emphasized that he chooses to be selective and focus only on the positive comments and that he doesn't care at all about what others have to say.
Ledri also spoke about Poi's daily life, showing that the little girl has adapted to life between Tirana and Pristina in an excellent way, creating good friendships in both countries.
As for his relationship with Sarah, the singer said that the privacy of their relationship was impossible due to his public profile. However, Ledri said that: "If Sara was more private, maybe we would still be together..." - leaving room for implications regarding the breakdown of their relationship.
