Most of them have secured a monthly income of about 1 thousand euros per month since the registration period. Among the remote employees are also Albanians from Kosovo.
Young people mainly provide professional services such as information technology (ICT) services, which are also the highest paid. However, the platform offers a variety of options including consulting, risk analysis, engineering, accounting, architecture, translation, marketing and data processing.
Why are Albanians well integrated in this type of labor market?
The most important factor is that young people offer services of high expertise, but at a lower cost compared to the world market. For example, if an Albanian offers a job of $ 10 / hour, the standard in Europe for the same job costs no less than $ 40- $ 50 / hour.
That said, the profit is satisfactory on both sides because: Albanians are paid more than they would be paid in the country, employees are paid less than other young people would be paid.
