It is known as the "network of success" and refers to the people around us and in one way or another, affect our success. Ellevate Network, a global community for engaging and promoting gender equality in the workplace, points out that 9 are the people who make a positive impact towards achieving your goals.
1) Co-effort - Someone working to achieve something similar to your project.
This person may be a professional or personal relationship. A co-worker is someone who can connect with you based on a common goal and support and encourage you as you both work towards your goals.
2) Connector - One who knows everyone and everyone knows him.
This person will introduce you to the right people. Getting to know such a person is important for future success. This person puts you in touch with important people, choosing your options and network of contacts.
3) Champion - One who believes in you.
We all need such a man in our circle of success! This person is always cheering for you regularly and protecting you, especially when you are not present.
4) Re-generator - One you can call when you need energy and inspiration.
This person is someone you naturally call whenever you feel bad because it makes you feel more inspired and more energetic to move forward.
5) Counselor - One who shares knowledge and experience with you in order to succeed.
A relationship with a counselor / mentor should be a formal relationship, with structured sharing of knowledge, expertise and encouragement.
6) Sponsor - A leader who will take over the opportunities for you to advance in your career.
Unlike the mentor, a sponsor will undertake to invest in you. They are critical because they have high expectations.
7) Community - Wherever you experience a sense of belonging and a safe space to be yourself.
The community connects with those you call "your people", a group where you feel connected to something.
8) Responsibility - The one who keeps you on the ground.
Having a person close to you who keeps you on the ground increases your chances of achieving goals.
9) Diverse Perspective - One who is truly brilliant but not like you.
These people help us interact with another side, perhaps with our subconscious, to expand our thinking and reflection.
