Two years after Disney Plus canceled the highly anticipated 2000s series Lizzie McGuire, Hilary Duff says she would happily sign a contract to play Lizzie again, as long as the series fits her vision for a version more mature of the character.
Precisely for this reason, the first series failed to be realized, because apparently the idea that the actress had in her head for the older Lizzie, did not match that of the script.
However, there is still little chance that McGuire will return to the screens. Until then, let's dream a little with "This is What dreams are made of."
Lizzie McGuire ran for two seasons and 65 episodes. The first episode was released on January 12, 2001, to win the hearts of all teenage girls thereafter!
The series deals with teenage issues, first loves, true friends and life with a slightly annoying little brother and loving parents, in the most delightful way.
