Jessie J has announced that she will have to postpone her tour, as she will undergo a second surgery as part of her treatment for breast cancer.
The singer posted a video to her personal Instagram account on Thursday, August 28, and said:
"Unfortunately, I have to undergo a second surgery, not something very serious, but it has to be done before the end of the year. And unfortunately this coincides with the tour I had planned."
Her UK and European tour, which was scheduled for October, will be moved to April 2026. On the other hand, concerts in the US, which were scheduled for November, have been cancelled.
"I'm sorry this is happening. I feel disappointed and sad. I need to heal and I think this is the right decision for me," she added.

Six weeks after undergoing surgery for breast cancer, Jessie J was rushed to the hospital with a lung infection. The 37-year-old singer, who announced in June that she had been diagnosed with early-stage cancer, later announced that "the cancer was completely removed," but sadly she was rushed to the hospital on August 2.
As she explained herself, the singer showed symptoms indicating a blood clot in her lungs.
"It's not a blood clot, thank God. There were many tests that showed a lung infection."
