Princess Kate Middleton is going viral on TikTok thanks to a humorous response she gave to a woman during an official meeting in 2013.

The video shows the Princess of Wales greeting some attendees during an official visit to Grimsby. During the meeting, Kate shakes hands with an area, who expresses all her adoration by saying:

"I can't wait for you to be queen!"

Without wasting a minute, the princess replied: "You have to wait terribly long!"

We remember that during that period, Queen Elizabeth had no signs of health problems, while she passed away on September 8, 2022 at the age of 96. A year ago, Prince Philip also passed away, precisely on April 9, 2021.

Now that King Charles is on the royal throne, Prince William is the heir apparent. After Charles' death, William and Kate will become the new king and queen respectively.

Meanwhile, the well-known BBC correspondent Jennie Bond told the magazine "OK!" that:

“I think you have to be wild enough to survive and thrive in the royal family. But Kate has the advantage of age, as over the years she will also be the oldest woman in the line of heirs, and this could be an indication of being at the head of the institution of the monarchy in Great Britain."
