The legal drama between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni is getting more complicated, and more expensive.
According to new court documents made public this week, the 38-year-old actress is seeking over $160 million in damages, claiming she has suffered significant financial losses as a result of the "smear campaign" that, according to her, Baldoni and his company Wayfarer Studios have waged against her.

Stunning loss
In the documents, Lively claims to have lost $56 million from canceled projects, $71 million from her businesses such as Betty Buzz, Betty Booze and Blake Brown Beauty, as well as $34 million in reputational damage, based on about 65 million negative impressions on social media.
The actress is also seeking compensation for emotional damages, legal costs and "pain, humiliation and physical suffering."

It all started in December 2024, when Blake Lively sued Justin Baldoni, the director and producer of the film "It Ends With Us," accusing him of inappropriate behavior, harassment, and a toxic work environment. According to her, after she spoke out about the behavior on set, she faced a retaliation campaign that severely damaged her career. Baldoni has denied all allegations.
