Linda Halimi shows what she does to keep her body in shape

Linda Halimi showed in a communication on the "Aldo Morning Show" that when she sets a goal for herself, she goes to the end. Changing your lifestyle is an example of iron will.

"I eat [enough], I just control portions and calories and don't eat at certain times," the singer said. "It's like intermittent fasting*, a kind of fasting. At 6 [p.m.], I cut out carbs.”

*Intermittent Fasting (IF) is a pattern of nutrition which is carried out in cycles. IF doesn't dictate what you should eat, but when you should eat it.

In 2017, Linda Halimi told People magazine that the war years in Kosovo were terrible for her and her family, because they had nothing to eat. The significant weight gain came after the war, when Linda says she ate to replace what she couldn't eat.

After a woman gave up her seat on the bus because she thought she was pregnant, Linda decided to turn weight loss into a goal. He went online and started searching for healthy recipes. Very healthy foods, a lot of protein and less carbohydrates as well as a very regular regime in the gym, made the singer completely change her lifestyle.
