If your life has been super busy lately, with work, party preparations, gym, sleep, and everything from scratch, you're not alone! However, if you feel guilty that you're not dedicating more time to your friends and loved ones, there are some ways that you probably haven't thought of.
Send a voice message
If you don't have much time to write a long message, voice messages always save you. This way, you can have a few conversations with your friends! You may be the annoying person who sends a 23-minute voice, but at least you'll still be in touch.
A video call is never too much
Before going to bed, you can do a summary of the day with your close friend. Or even a group chat. This way, you'll continue to have contact, talk about your day and theirs, and get out of yourself all the negative things and situations you've experienced.
Make an organized plan
When I feel overwhelmed with work, I often don't think about socializing with others. This is where sustainable plans come in handy! If you've left a friend on the phone, just make it clear that you called to let her know that everything is going well with her life (always if you don't have time). Also, set aside one day a week to go out and have fun with friends.
Give small and meaningful gifts
Gifts don't have to be expensive! Just when you're going to a bookstore, for example, and you're going to buy a certain book, take a look for a precious friend. A card with a cute dedication and voila, you have a nice gift, without a specific occasion.
