Heidi Klum has revealed all about the viral dress she wore to the 2026 Grammy Awards, even revealing that it was even more realistic and provocative before it took final shape for the red carpet.

The 52-year-old model appeared on the red carpet in a unique creation by Marina Hoermanseder, designed to mimic a naked body and modeled specifically after Heidi's own body.

The behind-the-scenes footage, shared on Instagram by Klum and Hoermanseder on February 2, shows the process of making the dress, and some of the details are truly astonishing. Before the leather material was polished and painted, the dress looked incredibly realistic, almost like a real human body, further adding to the shocking effect of the naked body.
In an interview with Billboard on the red carpet, Heidi admitted that her goal was to create a reaction:
"I always aim for a show-stopping outfit. I'm not a 'something nice and quiet' person. I always like something unique," she said honestly.

This year's Grammys were characterized by extremely revealing outfits, but also minimalist fashion moments. Chappell Roan became one of the most commented names of the evening in a transparent Mugler dress.

Teyana Taylor continued her bold style with a Tom Ford by Haider Ackermann creation with a strategic cutout at the waist, while Zara Larsson brought a gold two-piece look.

Even the men weren't left behind: "Best New Artist" nominee SOMBR appeared in a transparent top that was open at the waist, while Justin Bieber stripped down to everything but his boxers during his long-awaited return to the Grammys stage.
