
Hailey Bieber usually uses social media to promote her professional projects, especially her popular skincare line, Rhode. But this time, she made an exception, sharing with her Instagram followers something very personal: the exercise routine that helped her get back in shape after giving birth, or rather, a flatter stomach.
In the video, she appears in a sports bra and shorts, performing abdominal exercises. According to her, the "secret" lies in an exercise that is a little difficult to perform.
Hailey also tagged her personal trainer, Kirsty Godso, writing:
"We're doing our favorite abdominal exercise."
In a recent interview, Hailey confessed that the postpartum period was one of the most sensitive she has ever experienced, with strong emotional fluctuations and challenges to self-confidence.
"Every day I tell myself: 'You created a child. You brought a human being into being. It's okay. Give yourself time.'"
However, the recovery hasn't been as easy as she thought. She admitted that it took her longer to lose the last 7 kilos after pregnancy.
Despite having the luxury of working with a team of specialists who helped her focus her training on every area of ??her body, she admits that the idea of ??completely restoring her "previous" body is simply unrealistic:
"My butt is bigger, my chest is bigger. They're not back to how they were before. I have no choice but to accept this new body. Just as I've changed, so has my body, from head to toe. At first I tried hard to go back to how I used to be, but then I had to accept: that wasn't going to happen."
Today, her routine includes a well-balanced combination of weight training, pilates, yoga, body toning treatments, saunas and ice baths.
