Plot 36 100 high school students have been enrolled in the system. They will undergo four examinations, according to the new curriculum, which he explained for Top Channel Rezarta Vrapi, director of the National Examination Agency.
"We will ask the graduates not to memorize, but with the knowledge they have what they will do in certain situations we have on the tests. With regard to Albanian language and literature, the test will have some changes dictated by the new curriculum. So the test will be divided into two parts, one will be evaluated for the competences in the language of the rhythm and the other for the competences in the field of literature, "says Vrapi.
However, the time available will not change. The graduates will have two and a half hours to complete the test.
This year, graduates will be tested only in one elective subject, but content will be deeper than before. For example, if someone gives a chemistry exam, it will be tested for nuclear chemistry and deep chemistry.
"The theses will now be with 60 points out of 50 that have been and this addition is made to control far better what the graduates possess at the end of secondary education," explains the director of the AKP.
Matura exams begin on June 7th and end on June 24th.
