Luli & Goni Lemes
In 2021, Klaudia Brahimaj started working on "Luli & Goni Lemes", a "road trip" comedy involving two main protagonists, Luli and Goni. This story had some changes during the creation process and Klaudia tells Anabel that the script remained unclear until she had a meeting with Aurela Gaçe. This meeting has helped to complete the vision of the film and complete the script with the character of Lemes.
In this film, Gazi (Dejvis Myslymi), a typical mother's boy, and Lemja (Aurela Gaçe), his authoritarian mother, are returning from emigration to find a traditional Albanian bride. Their plan goes awry when Luli (Margent Caushi), a comical and naive character, joins them on their journey. Although Luli aims to help, she often makes the situation more difficult. The film is expected to be released in April 2025 in all cinemas.
Nietzsche
In February of this year, according to Anabel's sources, the series "Niçe" will appear on Top Channel. This series, produced by George Bazhaku, is a comedy and action, inspired by the style of director Guy Ritchie. The events will take place around Denis, a main character also called Niche, who represents an anti-hero. This character is an immoral man who makes up for his lack of academic knowledge with life lessons. The main role is in the hands of Brendi Bega, who is also a co-screenwriter. The cast includes well-known characters such as Egla Ceno, Kastro Zizo and Ledion Liço. The series is expected to be shown in the late hours and is dedicated to adult audiences.
PASSPORTS
Another new project is the movie "Passport", which will be shown on January 17 at Cinplexx Teg. Director Eduart Grishaj brings the story of two young people, Edon and Vlera, who want to leave Albania illegally. They connect with a mafia group that will take them to Canada on forged passports. Their path is filled with vicissitudes and challenges, and while they develop a love relationship, the danger that threatens them is greater and greater. This is Eduart Grishaj's third project, after previous successes with the films Grandma and Sofia. Eduarti is known for his work as a director, dealing with important topics and bringing a new vision to the Albanian cinema and television industry.
