Chiara Ferragni and Fedez have reached a separation agreement for their separation.
The news was announced by the now-separated couple's lawyers, with a joint statement specifying that "after lengthy negotiations," the influencer and the rapper "are signing the agreement," for which the divorce is also filed at the same time.
In the joint announcement, the lawyers Pompilia Rossi, Alessandro Simeone and Andrea Pietrolucci for Fedez and Daniela Missaglia for Chiara Ferragni, add that the agreement will be filed soon, and after that, the Milan court will proceed with its approval, while after six months, the divorce will take place, "thus closing the story of one of the most loved and commented couples of recent years."
No details have been released on the financial arrangements that have been made, but for the children: Leone and Vittoria, they will spend "roughly the same time" with their parents.
Thus, the parents will provide support for the maintenance of the children when they are with them, but the father will also take care of the direct and total payment of school fees, medical expenses and those for the sports activities that the children develop, as he himself requested.
Agreement also for the management of social networks
There is no financial assistance for the children and for Chiara Ferragni, who, it seems, had initially requested about 20 thousand euros. According to "Corriere della Sera", at the time of reaching the agreement, a calculation was made, according to which this contribution is not necessary, since the influencer can take care of her children without receiving contributions from her ex-husband.
But the rapper will take care of other expenses: for example, the private school in Milan attended by Leone and Vittoria has fees that can exceed 20 thousand euros per year.
The agreement also includes the use of social media, thus exposing children. According to the newspaper, the agreement stipulates that the mother and father must seek permission from each other to publish photos and videos of their children.
Fedez and Chiara Ferragni announced their separation at the end of 2022. Their relationship has been constantly in the spotlight, as the couple often shared their lives on social media. The first rumors of their breakup started circulating after Chiara confessed that she was going through some personal difficulties in her posts.
