Chris Evans is officially married! He ended his celibacy in a private ceremony, where he crowned his love with Alba Baptista. The wedding took place over the weekend, Page Six confirms.
Evans, 42, and Baptista, 26, invited only their closest friends and family, who were present at their party. The guest list included, among others, Evans' colleagues such as: Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth and Jeremy Renner.
The star of "Avengers" and the actress of "Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris” were rumored to be dating in November 2022, when a source told People that the pair have been dating for a year.
"They are in love and Chris has never been happier," the source said at the time and called the relationship "serious," adding that even friends and family adore Alba.
Evans and Baptista have kept their relationship private and away from prying eyes, however, the actor has previously spoken about wanting to get married and start a family. In an interview with People, Chris said: "Absolutely, this is something I love, my wife, children, creating a family. These are the most important things. I adore the idea of ??tradition and ceremony," he said.
