What's going on with the attacks in Ukraine: Updating the situation there

1. Russia is ready to negotiate with Ukraine, but on one condition.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has recently expressed that Russia is ready for talks with Ukraine in Minsk, the capital of Belarus. At the same time, he added that this would have to do with declaring a "neutral status" of Ukraine, which would include "demilitarization".
