The rapper known as Buta, whose real name is Betim Januzi, appeared this Wednesday, October 1, before the Basic Court of Ferizaj.
He is accused of drug trafficking and illegal possession of weapons.

However, beyond the accusations against him, the rapper has requested his release, arguing that he is the only man in the family and must take care of his mother, wife, and daughter.
"I am the only male in the family and we take care of our 63-year-old mother, 1-year-old daughter and wife, who without me cannot meet their basic needs. I wanted this to be clear and for you to take these circumstances into account," he said.
Buta was arrested on September 11 and was remanded in custody for one month.
