During beach days, we just want to not have a bloated belly! That feeling of a flat stomach, (even when the stomach is not like that) is so liberating only when we do NOT fully understand its importance. But what can we do when after a meal we feel more bloated than ever and refuse to go to the beach as we had planned?
1. Keep in mind that you should eat slowly
By eating slowly, you won't put as much air into your stomach, and chewing your food well will keep your stomach from filling up faster than it should.
2. Control the portions
Try to eat portions the size of your fist so you don't overeat.
3. Drink mint tea
Consuming peppermint tea relaxes the muscles and significantly improves the digestive system.
4. Consume more yogurt
Fermented foods are ideal for improving digestive problems, resulting in a flatter stomach.
5. Try to reduce stress
According to some new studies, when you're stressed, your body doesn't digest food properly.
What foods do NOT make you bloated?

This easy-to-find spice works wonders for deflation; removes excess water from the body.
Ginger
Among the many benefits of ginger, it does wonders for the stomach. This root relieves any kind of stomach disorder; expels excess gases, removes nausea and aids digestion.
