If I were to lie down on the bed of death and ask me what I would like to eat as the last meal, so tired, I would whisper in the middle: "A stick with a cart, but be keto-friendly ". All this to say that the meals that I eat really taste.

Much more I wanted to share with you what I consumed during my daily life after reading the experience with ketogeneic diet. I am delighted to share experiences and others, so in the following I will show you what foods I consume during ketogeneic diet.

~ Breakfast ~
If I do not have coffee at home, the day is canceled and I go back to bed. But I'm a girl with commitments, so I'm sure I always have coffee. The day always starts with a Bulletproof Coffe, as it is known in the ketogene community. The type of coffee does not matter, just add one tablespoon of coconut oil / butter / MTC oil. Healthy fats will make you start the day full of energy.

Instead of sugar, you can consume erythrit, a sugar substitute with 0 calories, and instead of normal milk - you can still use it in small quantities, then 100 ml per day - almond or coconut milk.

~ Lunch ~
- 2 eggs in butter
- 4 slices of bacon
- ½ avocado
- 1 tomato grain
- 50 gr of spinach, cooked or raw
- salt from Himalayas, lemon, pepper (by preference)

Hard to believe, but this meal keeps me up until dinner. From this diet I have learned to eat only when I'm hungry and I'm sure you will be with you, just be patient.

~ Dinner ~ Hamburger, enjoying more than the original version!
- 1 found green salad
- 2 slices of bacon
- Thin thin onions
tomatoes
- 2 slices of melted cheese
- Meat
- mayonnaise, but make sure there is no sugar in the composition.

~ Meals between meals ~
- that
- strawberry (without sugar)
- Cucumber and Philadelphia (like sauce)

Do not worry about calories when you start the day. You will need some time to get used to this new way of feeding and you will not need more stress in your life. Over time, experience will help you make the right choices. Taste the food and the new look!
