Arsida, the former resident of "BBVA4", has shared a video on her social networks where she confesses that she is filing a complaint against G Bani for defamation and insulting her, referring to the argument the pair had the night Arsida left the house.
In the video, Arsida explains that due to the fact that no action was taken against the insults made to her by G Bani that evening and thereafter, she has decided to resolve the matter through legal means, stating:
"I have just prepared the criminal report and will now pursue the matter through legal channels. Given that I was well informed, watched the videos, analyzed them together with the lawyers, his insults continue for two days in a row without end, thus violating the law of the Republic of Albania."
Arsida further continues to say that she has communicated this report to the people responsible for the Big Brother VIP Albania program, stating that it is now up to them whether they want to forward this message to G Bani or not.
She also indicated that she is willing to withdraw from this decision if this condition of hers is met:
"I am willing to withdraw from the decision if G Bani publicly apologizes and withdraws from the show himself, so without televoting."
"I have great confidence in the competent Albanian bodies, but if I see injustice again or underestimation, I will continue the matter with the competent bodies of the European Union, given that both I and G Bani have European citizenship," she concluded in the statement.
