The list was revealed by the deputy of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Tinka Kurti, in a post on social networks as part of the Manifesta. Manifesta, the European Nomadic Biennale, changes location every two years and was founded in the early 1990s as a link between culture and civil society, trying to promote positive social change.
