It's disappointing that a celebrity's weight gets as much attention as their work and talent, but Adele, already knows that people have always talked about her weight loss.
So instead of ignoring it, she mentioned it during her opening monologue on SNL, on Saturday.
"I know I look really different since the last time you saw me, but really, because of all the COVID restrictions and travel bans, I had to travel lightly and bring only half of myself. That's the half I chose. "
The joke was not well received by everyone. Many fans were disappointed that Adele came out to tell a humanely sound joke.
