Morning is not the most beautiful time of the day for many people! Let's say you barely wake up after the alarm has gone off several times, you have to get the kids ready for school, make breakfast, coffee, get ready for work yourself... So the joy of waking up in the morning gives way to frustration and the whole day must go backwards!

What to do to add doses of happiness early in the morning, so that the whole day goes well?

#1 Choose a habit that you can turn into a daily ritual

It may seem mundane when you first read it, but often a few small moments early in the morning turn into moments of happiness that last throughout the day. A range of habits can affect your happiness, but gratitude is one of the main foundations of this state. Write a journal about the things you have been grateful for over the past few days and reading them in the morning can increase feelings of happiness.
