Liam Payne's ex-girlfriend Cheryl Cole is now the administrator of the late singer's $32 million estate after he passed away last year without a will. Under UK law, when someone dies without a will, the estate usually goes to their children, if they were married. Cheryl has an 8-year-old son, Bear, with Liam.

Cheryl, the late singer's ex-girlfriend, will co-manage the estate with music industry lawyer Richard Mark Bray. The two will be able to make decisions regarding Payne's money, property and personal belongings. However, according to the BBC, they can manage the funds but have limited authority and cannot distribute them.

Liam and Cheryl dated for two years, from 2016 to 2018. They met on "The X Factor," where Cheryl was a judge and Liam a contestant. They welcomed their son in 2017 and called it quits a year later. The pair confirmed their split on Instagram, saying it was a difficult decision. Payne later dated Kate Cassidy.
