Gerta Gixhari, invited to "Invitation at 5", spoke about her experience in "BBVA 4", the bullying towards Gjesti and the moment when she threw champagne in the eyes of the former contestant and winner of the fourth edition.
She described the experience on this reality show as "unforgettable" and focused on the bullying that, according to her, all the residents have done to him. Gerta emphasized that this situation seemed very difficult to her, given that she is a mother herself.
"Everyone bullied Gest at home and it seemed very serious to me, since I am a mother. Now bullying in schools is very high and children face a very big problem. I have also heard stories of bullying outside that house. If there were points that really touched me, it was the bullying. The moment he was bullied, I felt like defending him," Gerta said.
She also gave her opinion on Gjesti's game inside the house, focusing on the fact that he threw alcohol in her eyes. This further led to the disqualification of Gerta with the Black Envelope. Gerta returned to the game after the audience, through televoting, decided that she should continue the game.
"On the other hand, the whole situation with Gjesti was taken more seriously by the other residents, falling into these little traps and little provocations he made. I considered them as children's games, while the residents took them very seriously. They had no way of getting back at him. I would prefer to stick to Gjesti's games and not to his seriousness as a player. And that was the beauty of Gjesti, the games. Regarding the champagne issue, it was not that I fell for Gjesti's provocation, but since he played that way, I played too. I wanted to get him back into the game, I didn't set out to hurt him," she said.
Gerta was one of the most discussed contestants of this edition of "BBVA 4". She was eliminated shortly before the final, losing to Egli, who was declared a finalist.
