Millions of users of OpenAI's popular chatbot, ChatGPT, are facing major outages today. After two days of concerns and numerous reports, OpenAI has acknowledged a major bug and announced a "high level of error" affecting the platform.

After a period that lasted from 3:33 to 4:23, the company announced that the problem has been resolved and users can return to using the platform.

But as you can see, many users around the world continue to experience access issues. According to the website Downdetector, there was a spike in reports around 12:30 with more than 5,100 reports in the UK alone and over 4,300 in the US.
