Gomez shared the happy news through several photos on Instagram on December 11, including a photo of her engagement ring.
Even on this day, Gomez had chosen a minimalist look, as her nail polish was in shades of light pink.

Gomez and Blanco have been together publicly since December 2023. Professionally, they have a long history with a number of hits: Blanco produced Gomez's songs "Same Old Love" and "Kill Em with Kindness" in 2015, and "Trust Nobody" in 2016. Their next big collaboration was on the song "I Can't Get Enough" in 2019 with J Balvin and Tainy. In 2023, Blanco also produced her single “Single Soon.”
