Diddy's exclusive parties for the rich and famous have always been shrouded in mystery, but TMZ has revealed why. Diddy asks guests to sign a standard non-disclosure agreement (NDA), which prohibits the sharing of information related to Diddy, his family, current or former partners, friends or associates.
The document prohibits guests from photographing, filming or recording, and also prohibiting anyone else from doing so - Diddy or people around him - without his written permission. There is even a special mention of social networks where posting photos without Diddy's approval is prohibited.
Guests are not allowed to give interviews, write books or spread information about Diddy or the parties without prior written permission.
This agreement, which lasts for the lifetime of the artist and for 20 years after his death (or for a total of 70 years - whichever is longer), is undoubtedly one of the longest of its kind.
As you know, Diddy was arrested in September, charged with forced sex trafficking, fraud or extortion, and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.
