Miley Cyrus has been accused of copying Bruno Mars' song "When I Was Your Man". According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Cyrus' song, "Flowers," has many similarities to Bruno Mars' song, including musical harmony, melody, chords, and lyrics.
Cyrus is being sued by Tempo Music Investments, a company that owns part of the copyright to Bruno Mars' song.
Earlier this year, the "Malibu" hit singer won her Grammy Award for the song "Flowers."
"This year is fantastic and I hope that nothing changes, because even yesterday, my life was very beautiful", said Cyrus in the acceptance speech of the award.
It is claimed that "Flowers" was written by Miley Cyrus for her ex-husband, Liam Hemsworth, with whom she was in a 10-year relationship and married for 2 years, during the period 2018-2020.
