The great master of humor, Zef Deda, passed away at the age of 73, leaving behind his wife, his sons and a rich legacy of roles for Albanian humor. Julian Deda, his son, posted a photo walking with his father, with a touching caption.
"The last walk together! Bab, I immediately missed you. I missed your voice, your jokes, your actions, your look, your advice, your energy, your positivity, your hug, I missed you,” he wrote.
Further, it continued:
"Ahh, what a father, what a figure, what a talent, what a personality, what a man! I have never doubted the greatness of this man, but yesterday and today, I proved that Zef Deda was ultimately not only of our family, but a part of every Albanian family".
"I cannot find the words to express my gratitude to each and every one of you. I am touched by the respect you have shown for Zefi as a person and as an artist. Thank you, dear audience, for every kind word, every status on social networks, every shared photos, every SMS sent, every tear, every handshake and every hug, expressing in all ways the respect for his figure and the pain of leaving this world", said Juli, further thanking the media, television , public figures, as well as all Albanians from every corner of the country and from abroad who eased the family's pain a little.
Juli added: "Babush, I believe that you saw everything that happened yesterday and today, you saw the respect of an entire people for you. I'm sure you were there, I know the type, you don't go away easily, you never do. You are Mr. Unique, eternal, because people die when they are forgotten and you will never be forgotten in the lifetime".

Zef Deda, often considered the "Albanian Charlie Chaplin", passed away at the age of 73. According to Klan.al, he had been suffering from a serious illness for some time.
Born in Shkodër on July 27, 1950, Zef Deda has given a lot to Albanian humor. For more than 40 years he worked in the theater "Migjeni" in Shkodër. He is known for his roles in "Brother-in-law of friend Xhemal", "Cola of lights", "Charlie Chaplin", "Cousin from America", "Brother from father" and "Kollovari", as well as many sketches that made him an actor very dear to the Albanians.
The humorist has been awarded the "Merited Artist", "Great Master" and "Naim Frashëri" awards.
