Yasir Asani's stunning goal against Poland was selected as one of the best goals of the last round in the UEFA qualifiers for the upcoming European Championship, and people then voted it to the top spot.

"I thank all Albanians everywhere in the world who voted for me and today UEFA chose me as the most beautiful goal. I am happy that we are 'conquering' UEFA every time and I hope that this will not be the last," said the Albanian footballer from Skopje on Instagram.

The red and black footballers admitted that Asan's goal gave everyone courage, reinforcing the belief that Poland was not invincible and even more so that Albania was superior on the field against Levandowski's team. 

The match ended 2-0, as Mirlind Daku also scored in the 62nd minute.
